Moodbidri: Alva's Nudisiri Award-2011 for Ten Achievers

Moodbidri, Oct 21: Ten people who have worked for Kannada, including Dr K S Nisar Ahmed, Dr Chandrashekara Pateel, Dr C N Ramachandran, will be conferred with ‘Alva’s Nudisiri Award–2011’, informed Alva’s Education Foundation president Dr M Mohan Alva in a press conference.

Each award includes a certificate, memento, and Rs 10,000 in cash. The award will be handed over at the valedictory ceremony of Alva’s Nudisiri on Sunday November 13.
 
Dr M V Kamath, Dr B T Lalitha Nayak, Shreenath, B K Sumithra, Chidambara Rao Jambe, Pandavapura Ankegowda, and Machar Gopal Naik are the other award winners.
 
PRO Harish K Adur and Dr Na Da Shetty were present at the press meet.
