Udupi: Daylong gold treasure hunt in Malpe Beach expecting windfall

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi

Udupi, July 6: A group of people were on a search mission at Malpe Beach. They were searching for gold ornaments on the sea shore throughout the day!.

It is common for tourists who visit the beach during summer to lose their valuables including gold ornaments while playing or swimming in the sea water. It is also unlikely or almost impossible for tourists to find the ornaments if they bury them in the sand.

However, during the monsoon when there is a heavy rain accompanied by high speed wind resulting in a high tide people expect to see some of the lost jewels returning to the shore.

But, when people who were on a search at the shore were asked if they found any gold ornaments they replied in the negative.

They should have taken help of an Astrologist or Kerala priest who has expertise in confirming hidden temple ruins below the mosques 🥸 In my openion these guys can collect some floating coconuts which are in abundant due to heavy rains and flooding. Metal detector could have helped to some extent.
