Agnipath Army recruitment rally in Haveri from Sep 1 for 11 dists including DK, Udupi

Mangaluru, July 5: The Agnipath Army recruitment rally will beging from September 1 to 20, this year for the 11 districts of the state including Dakshina Kannada and Udupi by the Army Recruitment Office, Mangaluru. The online registration is open from July 5 to August 4

The rally will be held at the District Sports Grounds in Haveri under the aegis of HQ Recruiting Zone, Bengaluru for volunteer male candidates from the following districts of Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Chikkamagalur, Shivamogga, Haveri, Gadag, Davanagere, Uttara Kannada, Dharwad, Vijaypura and Bagalkot.

The rally is being held for the enrolment of Agniveer general duty, technical, tradesman 10th pass, tradesman 8th pass, clerk/storekeeper and other technical categories and entries in the Indian Army. The details of the age, educational qualification and other criteria for enrolment in the specified categories in the Army are given in the notification published by the Army Recruiting Office, Mangaluru on July 5.

Online registration of candidates on the website, joinindianarmy.nic.in is mandatory and admit cards of the registered candidates will be sent to their registered email from August 5 to 20.

    Forces recruitment reforms are not mandated as we have time tested protocols already in place... Thou it looks an internal forces matter doubts will remain as to the intervention by polity in defence matters... Tone of some generals like late CDS also indicate alignment with a single party's ideology... One of the generals is already at the helm of the party... Going forward this is not good development for the plurality of our nation...
