Mangaluru: Bikarnakatte govt school compound wall collapses in TT-car accident

Mangaluru, May 20: A part of the compound wall around the Government Primary School in Bikarnakatte here collapsed in an accident between a Tempo Traveller and a car on Friday, May 20 morning.  

The Tempo Traveller plying on the road rammed into the car that was parked in front of the school since the night before during the early hours of Friday.  A portion of the the compound wall of the school school was damaged when the car rammed into it due to the impact of collision by the speeding Tempo Traveller.

  

No human casualties have been reported in the accident.

A case has been registered at the Kankanady traffic police station.

    I think wall was against him.So he couldnt see it.Such people should go and do driving in our Indian Border.Here the road is toooooooooooooo narrow for them.

    As usual ....no surprises....utter madness driving on the part of TT Driver. Most of these TT and Mini Tempo buses are driven like mad as if they are piloting the Sukhoi fighter jets on the roads. See them every day on Karkala - Dharmasthala route.
