When the auto rickshaw reached Nagri near Sajipamunnoor, Ashalatha alighted from the auto rickshaw with her son Akesh and told her mother that she will go by walk to her grandmother’s house and asked her mother and daughter to go back to Arala.

Parijatha, mother of missing Ashalatha, told her husband Monappa about her daughter Ashalatha and her son going to her grandmother’s house. Monappa said that he will bring her back after a week or so. Accordingly, on May 15, when Parijatha went to her parents’ house and enquired about Ashalatha, they said that she did not come to their house.

Shalini, It did not cross your mind even once that the problem could have been from within the family and that the husband and inlaws could have been ill-treating the poor lady and not respecting her. I see a lot of comments about the so-called western culture. How good is our so-called Indian sanskari culture?. Look at all of us passing comments without any remorse. I hope the Lady is safe and if she has indeed abandoned the spouse , I wish her every success in her Life.

Assume she is from a poor family. She might have gotten attracted and eloped with someone affluent, thanks to social media friendship apps.

Why police has to search?. Let moral police do the job. They are good in searching missing cows and good in catching cow transporters. Now here real lady and kid missing.

first of all the word "moral police" has been changed to "immoral rowdyism" by the then SP. They are not concerned about their community peoples betterment & development etc. etc., but they are concerned about harassments and suppress minorities.
