Mangaluru: MCC commissioner urges vaccination of all adults by Oct 16

Mangaluru, Oct 13: Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) commissioner Akshy Sridhar has urged all adults to get themselves vaccinated by October 16 or face severe action.

In a media release, he stated, “There has been decline in Covid cases under MCC limits. But due to festival, there is possibility of increase in the cases.

“In this regard, preventive measures will be taken to tackle the third wave of Covid by following all kinds of Covid protocols. We will identify those who have not taken the first and second dose of vaccination and ensure they will be vaccinated. Public should utilize the vaccination mela in Mangaluru from October 14 to 16.

“If failed to get vaccinated, from October 16, moving in public places without proper vaccination documents will be dealt seriously,” said the MCC commissioner in his press release.

    society by and large is fully corrupt ,how can such a corrupt society throw up good administrators, magistrates and judges. only systems built on total transparency and accountability can deliver justice to all . expect nothing from the courts. almost all persons in adjudicatory positions are spineless plus they have no desire to improve anything living in a cosy cocoon as they do. plus they do not regularly update their learning cycle. merely giving speeches and writing books helps nothing. it is not possible for everybody to turn out to be a T.N. Seshan. most do not want to stand up for what is right and moral. they just depend on which side mob mentality leans toward. nothing is going to improve by changing faces and names. No system should depend on the individual in power. what needs changing is the thinking. systems should be built to work irrespective of who occupies which chair.

    This city corporation commissioner is allowing hotels function in residential area. He does not bother about huge chunks of garbage thrown in private property causing health hazards to public. He aldready has many cases against him. Its high time public stand up against the high handed ness reckless, arrogant attitude of Akshy Sridhar. He feels he is above the chief minister or prime minister of this country. Arrogant behaviour of a beurocrat. Its not to ve treated lightly. Its not tolerable in democracy. What does he think, human beings are animals! Does he think he is above rule of law?     Very good suggestions. Not only this but many more future hurdles will come through these beaurocrats who aren't elected by anyone but they are our servants whose salaries are paid by taxpayers. People should unite and start a movement of right thinking people who can forsee future restrictions on our way if we just look out of our country. We need to stick together and save our freedoms and country too. Awaken India Movement is just doing a yeomen work by uniting doctors and scientists as well as laymen and are filing cases in High Courts and Supreme Court too to stop draconian illegal mandates. Supreme Court is just not taking urgent hearings thereby emboldening these rogue and corrupt people to harass common people .

    There are some criminal and civil cases already filing up regarding forced and coercive vaccinations in the courts, including Supreme Court awaiting hearing..... "Criminal Writ Petition filed in Bombay High Court against violation of rights of unvaccinated persons, (including illogical and unscientific use of the PCR test, The myth of Asymptomatic transmission...)" as per following IBA site.... Also INDIAN DOCTORS for TRUTH (100 plus Doctors), INDIAN BAR ASSOCIATION, mumbai doing wonderful job educating and saving public from so called vaccinations by globalists elite. They had earlier raised a formal complaint against WHO and others also against forced and coercive vaccinations with the President, PM and HM, also based on recent two or more high courts decisions.     Why before October 16 What is the purpose setting 16 October Who set this date Basically, what is required to do, these people are not doing. First of all explain, then make available enough stock, then approach. If he is so much (of course every man should be) worried, then take action against who are not following the COVID19 Protocol. All might have seen, buses are running with it's full capacity without any social distance, without any mask. No action taken against them. People sitting in public places without any social distance and without mask. No action is taken against them. Visit government offices, banks, people have forgotten the social distance and not wearing mask, this includes official staff. No action is taken against them. All above are posing threat to common man. What common man expect from these corrupt officials and politicians. As it happened in past pandemics, where the virus vanish on its own by the grace of God, same may happen in the coming years, however these people will try to take every opportunity to take the credit. It is very unfortunate that common fail to understand and differentiate . We need God's mercy to enlighten our mind.

    The advantages and disadvantages including side effects of vaccination should be explained to the people (informed consent) then it is a personal choice to take vaccine or not and which vaccine to take. Forceful administration of any medicine including vaccine is against medical ethics. (My family is fully vaccinated for Covid, and I am pro traditional time tested vaccines.)

    Why is an official copy of this and other such dictatorial "press release" 's not uploaded on the MCC website . Sec. 4 of the RTI Act mandates all info. to be provided suo moto. Press reports can always be claimed to have been "misinterpreted, misquoted and misconstrued". One cannot depend on second hand "revelations". In order for a lawfully promulgated order to be followed , it has to be known, which means that it should be available to be seen, read and understood by the citizen from an official source. Any lawfully promulgated order must in the first place be lawful.     I wonder who is commissioner or commission agent these days. One thing is clear what is in store for people in future has come out of his mouth by slip of tongue or intentional. It is happening in Australia, Italy & France, New World Reset has begun with plandemic hoax is clear now. I would like to remind the commissioner vaccination is not mandatory & voluntary according to Indian Govt. which is bound by International Conventions & Human Rights enshrined by our constitution. If he still wants to violate them then people will be left with no other alternative but to file criminal cases against him or any officers trying to enforce illegal mandates as per Disaster Management Act 2005 which is punishable by 1 year imprisonment if anybody violates the central govt. rules.

    No mass pilot test for children's vaccines in a city or two ? Following on how third wave going start and not due to not taking vaccination...... (after following vaccination within month or two another vaccine generated strain gama sure to come out) .... There should have been pilot tests in city or two for forthcoming Zydus Cadila's children's DNA based vaccines. Looks like no lessons learnt on why second wave in the first place. Then there no mass pilot test in a city or two for those vaccines also. Instead wanting to have another or third wave for children and through them to adults also with these short term tested but not mass tested vaccines ? ...... Very dangerous grave situation forecoming for CHILDREN during this WINTER? when normal seasonal flu flourishes and these murky RTPCR could test any viral flu as (false) positive for Covid 19 and fearing parents for their children's life go for mass untested Zydus Cadilla's vaccines (Indian made but western liberal know-how or looks like pre-planned one ?) also as Bill Gates and Communist controlled WHO delays and delays covaxin for pushing more deadlier ? Zydus Cadilla for another wave and another billions of dollor business ? Money boltha hai ? And people would go for it because it will get WHO's nod for international travel unlike covaxin?
