My song 'Hunterrr 303' will grow day-by-day: Bappi Lahiri


Mumbai, Feb 21 (IANS): Bappi Lahiri, who has given a vocal to "Hunterrr 303" from the film "Hunterrr", says the makers wanted the song to have the feel of the 1980s and the 1990s so they signed him. Also the music composer and singer assures the song will grow day by day.

The film has been directed by Harshavardhan Kulkarni and stars Radhika Apte and Gulshan Devaiah.

"Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwanee (some of the producers of the film) are very talented they signed me for this song 'Hunterrr'. They wanted the song to be like 1980s to 1990s era that's why they called me up. I enjoyed the song very much. Its as excellent song and I am certain that the song will grow day by day," Lahiri told IANS.

"Hunterrr", the Indian comedy film, revolves around an unassuming sex addict and his lustful journey in life.

Ask the composer if was he skeptical to sing for a film which has an adult content, he said: "Singing is very different. It doesn't matter if its for an adult film or any other film. I don't know the story line. I sang it for the young generation. The video is very clean and there is no vulgar scene in it. I have seen the video it's excellent."
