St Theresa’s School brings learning alive with Eduventura 2026 exhibition

Media Release

Mangaluru, Feb 22: St Theresa’s School, Bendur came alive with creativity, curiosity, and confidence as it hosted EDUVENTURA 2026 – A multi-dimensional exploration, a vibrant multi-subject exhibition that transformed classrooms into dynamic “Adventure Zones” of learning.

The event commenced with a soulful prayer song, invoking God’s blessings on the young explorers. Nikitha Heleena extended a warm welcome to the gathering. The exhibition was officially inaugurated through a unique “Multi-Dimension Reveal” ceremony, symbolically marking the beginning of a collective journey into the world of knowledge.

The chief guest, Mithun Bhat Kakunje, director of Kakunje Group of Industries, delivered an inspiring and relatable address. Sharing a touching personal experience, he spoke about observing his daughter prepare her model at home — not merely as an assignment, but as a meaningful journey of curiosity and discovery. He emphasized how such initiatives cultivate questioning minds, persistence, and critical thinking, thereby nurturing a true scientific attitude. His message resonated deeply with parents and educators alike, reaffirming the core objective of Eduventura 2026 — fostering a mindset of exploration rather than mere completion of projects.

The campus was thoughtfully divided into thematic zones, each witnessing enthusiastic participation and record engagement from visitors.

The Literature Zone presented a harmonious blend of English, Hindi, and Kannada works, celebrating the mosaic of human expression. The Catechism and Value Education section acted as the moral compass of the exhibition, highlighting the importance of character formation.

In the history and civics segment titled Chronicles of Yesterday, students vividly portrayed significant milestones and pillars of democracy, allowing visitors to metaphorically walk through time. The Geography Zone creatively shrank the world into a room through detailed topographic models, climate representations, and tectonic displays.

Science zones captured the imagination of the audience. Complex laws of Physics were simplified through elegant working models, while the chemistry section transformed abstract equations into captivating demonstrations of real-life reactions. The biology “Bio-Wilderness” showcased intricate anatomical structures and sustainable ecological systems, revealing the cellular mosaic of life.

The mathematics zone proved that numbers are indeed the hidden language of nature, and at the Digital Frontier, students confidently demonstrated neural networks and smart automation, showcasing their readiness to be not just consumers but creators of technology. The Environmental Applications section further reflected the school’s commitment to sustainability and future-focused education.

A special attraction was the Young Discovery Zone, where students from grades 1 to 5 impressed visitors with their creativity and confidence. From colourful eco-villages to hand-painted solar system models, the young learners displayed remarkable enthusiasm and clarity in explanation. Their sparkling confidence stood as testimony that at St Theresa’s School, the scientific temperament is nurtured from the earliest years.

The exhibition concluded leaving parents, guests, and well-wishers with a profound sense of pride and admiration. EDUVENTURA 2026 stood as a testament to the school’s vision of holistic, value-based, and experiential education — proving that when students are given the freedom to explore, they do not merely discover answers, but their own limitless potential.
