Kundapur, Nov 18: The 18th convocation of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology (MITK) was held on November 15.
Gopinath Rao, IEDS, retired deputy director of MSME (Government of India) and co-founder of AMS India, was the chief guest. In his address, he highlighted government funding opportunities and encouraged graduates to aspire to become employers who create opportunities for others.
Dr S N Bhat, academic director of IMJ Institutions, presided over the function and reminded students that learning is a lifelong process. He urged them to uphold the graduation pledge and make the institution proud.




















Principal Dr Ramakrishna Hegde, in his commencement speech, acknowledged the contributions of founder late I M Jayaram Shetty and present chairman Siddartha J Shetty in advancing the region’s educational landscape. He congratulated the graduates and appreciated the support of their parents.
Vice principal Dr Melvin D’Souza administered the oath. Prof Karthikeyan delivered the welcome address, and Dr Nandini proposed the vote of thanks. Prof Neil and Prof Sushma served as MCs. Graduation certificates were awarded to MBA and engineering graduates.
Deans, heads of departments, faculty, parents, students, and guests attended the ceremony. The event was convened by Dr Nikhila Pai.
