Mangaluru: Ridhi H Shetty bags first prize in Daijiworld's 'Andada Sharade' competition

Mangaluru, Nov 7: In the 'Andada Sharade' competition that was held by Daijiworld Media on account of Dasara and sponsored by Vincy Idli Market, Ridhi H Shetty of Kinnigoli bagged the first prize consisting of Rs 10000 in cash, a plaque and a certificate.

In the prize distribution ceremony that was held in Daijiworld Media office, HR director of Daijiworld Ronald Nazareth, marketing head Praveen Tauro, production director Stany Bela, programme coordinator and production manager Prashant C K handed over the prizes to 'Andada Sharades'.

Six 'Andada Sharades', who won the appreciation of the judges were Bhakti G Kanyadi, Hamsini H Acharya Gundibail Udupi, Ritushree Kadabettu Udupi, Charvi Kuthar, Vaishnavi SAnthekatte Udupi and Argya R Poojary. The winners were awarded certificates, plaques and lucky coupons.

 

More than 300 videos were received for the competition from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi and other outstation districts and states. 50 videos were selected in the first stage and top 10 videos, which complied with all the rules of the competition were selected.

In the final selection round, an expert team consisting of  renowned actors, expert video editors, videographers, daily soap directors and make-up artistes selected seven 'Sharades' and the first prize was declared.

Good response was received for the first Andada Sharade competition organised by Daijiworld Media. This will be continued next year also.
