Bantwal, Mar 13: A man was found dead inside the car in sitting position. This incident occurred at Kalladka.
The deceased is identified as Jagadish, resident of Hosaimar of Goltamajalu village. He was a driver by profession. He used to work as videographer few years ago.
On Sunday March 12 morning, he had gone to his ancestral house, along with his brother in law to attend some Daiva programme. While on his way back at around 1.30 pm near Kalladka, he told with his brother in law that he is feeling uncomfortable and not able to drive the car. He asked his brother in law to go to home along with children and he will come home later and slept in the car itself in sitting position.
As Jagadish did not come home till 7 pm, family members came near the car and found him sleeping in sitting position inside the car. When they opened the door of the car and checked, Jagadish was found dead inside the car.
It is not known whether Jagadish died of suffocation as he closed the windows and doors of the vehicle or due to some other ailment. Only medical report and police investigation will reveal the exact cause of his death.
