Bantwal: Agriculturist dies after falling from arecanut tree in Vittal village

Vittal, Jan 24: A 53-year-old-agriculturist died after falling down from an arecanut tree.

The incident was reported at Koppala Moodnooru village in Vittal.

The deceased is identified as Harish.

He fell down from the areca tree, as he lost his balance while removing arecanuts with help of a machine at his plantation.

The deceased is survived by his wife Leela and two sons, Vishwaraj, a state-level Kabbadi player and Vinodraj.
