Udupi: 63-year-old man suspected of coronavirus ends life at hospital

Udupi, Jul 7: In a tragic incident, a 63-year-old man who was suspected of having coronavirus killed himself in the hospital where he was being treated. The man was admitted in the isolation ward for suspected COVID-19 patients at Ajjarkad government district hospital on July 5.

However, a day later he was found to have committed suicide by hanging in the ward. 

As per reports, the deceased identified as Prabhaker Putran ended his life on July 6 at about 6.50 am.

A case under UDR registration No 34/2020 CRPC section 174 has been registered in this regard at the Udupi city police station.

    MP is fighting corona virus (clapping), MLA is lighting candle and banging utensils
    If something happens in Bangalore or Mysore MP Bandook Shobakka will run there for the protest if there is no BJP sarkar. Now she may be busy in clapping......as their master has told them to do so
