Karkala: NMAMIT receives AICTE funding for Centre of Skill and Personality Development set up

Karkala, Jun 1: NMAMIT is going to establish a Centre for Skill and personality development programmes for the benefit of underprivileged students.

An amount of Rs 18 lac was granted for this purpose by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi. The institution is expected to set up the centre and conduct programmes for skill and personality development of Engineering undergraduate/Diploma students in three years. The first instalment of the grant amount has already been released.

This is the second grant received by NMAMIT from AICTE within one month.
