Kasargod youth dies in freak accident in Aurangabad

Maharashtra, Dec 10: In a tragic incident that occurred in Aurangabad of Maharashtra state, a native of Minchinadka of Kasargod district, lost his life as an iron stand fell on him from the third floor.

Chaitanya Krishna (23), who was working as a fire and safety officer in a private company, is the unfortunate victim who died in this accident.

Chaitanya was on duty on December 7, when an iron stand fell on him from the third floor of the building. He was injured grievously and rushed to the hospital immediately. He succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday, December 10. He was unmarried.

The post mortem of the body is under process and it will be handed over to his family by the evening of December 10 as per the hospital sources. The body is expected to arrive to Kasargod on Wednesday, December 11.
