Mangaluru, Apr 9: Jazeera Airways successfully operated a special flight on the Kuwait–Mangaluru–Kuwait sector via Dammam on Thursday, April 9, reinforcing its commitment to enhancing connectivity for passengers in the region.
The inbound flight, J9 3417 from Dammam to Mangaluru, landed at 4:25 pm under the command of Captain Jimmy Moussa and a four-member crew. The flight arrived with 181 passengers, including 11 infants, reflecting strong demand for the route.




On the return leg, flight J9 3418 departed from Mangaluru International Airport at 6:10 pm with 151 passengers, including one infant, ensuring a smooth and timely turnaround.
To facilitate seamless travel, the airline arranged road transport for passengers between Kuwait City and Dammam. Similarly, passengers on the return journey will travel by road from Dammam back to Kuwait, completing the coordinated travel experience.
It may be recalled that Jazeera Airways had previously operated special flights to Mangaluru during the pandemic, earning appreciation for its service. The latest operation further highlights the airline’s continued efforts to support passenger mobility and strengthen ties between the Gulf region and coastal Karnataka.
