Daijiworld Media Network – Udupi (EP)

Udupi, Nov 12: Sri Rama Sene has condemned suspension of Udupi police station sub-inspector Anantha Padmanabha.

Sri Rama Sene district president Jayaram Ambekallu has warned of violent protests together with likeminded people if the suspension order is not withdrawn within next 48 hours.

However the police department in their clarification has stated that SI Anantha Padmanabha and staff Jeevan Kumar have been suspended for lapses in discharging their duties on the basis of preliminary investigation report. “It is completely in the purview of department’s discipline and concerned authority,” the statement says.

“The action is not inspired by politics or religion. Further action will be taken on the basis of discipline and regulations in the department.” adds the statement.

The one who threatened violent protest if the suspension order is not revoked should be booked and locked up as a precautionary measure in the interest of public safety. The SP should recommend the Speaker of the House to take disciplinary action against this MLA.

It appears that Udupi police station sub-inspector Anantha Padmanabha has acted in a partisan way by favoring the attackers and not registered a case when complained by the victim's father. These Sanghi vultures should be jailed for disrupting law & order.

It will be nice if these guys do their work, not to interfer or be a hindrance to what the senior police is doing ,as she is trained in her duties and she knows what is to be done to her officials when they don't known how to follow their duties towards their seniors as they have to inturn answer the questions to public.

So if these men don't know what is their job and if they don't have any job please go for a good training, of what are your rights towards a citizen and how to help the persons who are trying to help us get justice .

It is because of you people we don't come forward if anything goes wrong with us and we be quite and sit .So we citizens ask you jobless people to be quite and let the police do her work ,as she is a reliable and competent police officer as I known her very well.

Each and every department have its own protocol and discipline also code of conduct. If an SI failed to follow the protocol of dept, moral ethics of his post and position, definitely as per protocol, he is liable for disciplinary action that is what the Brave disciplined SP did.

Now why Ram sana and local MLA ( Daiji news 12/11/19)to interfere with the police department internal matter? Why the SI is so favorite to them? Because, he has not booked the goons who was harassed the women? That means, they support the gonads and goons who create fear in the society. Let each and every one respect the law and order. If the SI is right on his part, let him prove it to his senior. Suspension is not an n simple issue. Proper investigation might have done and decided by the higher up. There are steps and procedures.

There is no moral or ethics to the protest. Why cant theses protester go and protest in front of Nava yuga contractor of NH66?

We should not question the IAS or IPS officers based on religion. I hope the BJP government learned from its history. They kept every single government officers, including security guards, in their control. Finally, it went out of control, and many crimes happened.

Let the SI go to court and file a case. Rama Sena and local MLA must shut their mouths.
