Nelson D’Souza stranded in Kuwait gets passport, to fly back home

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (SP)

Mangaluru, Oct 29: Nelson D'Souza from Amblamogaru here, who was lured by the claims of an employment agency to hire people for Kuwait, and had spent money on journey and other expenses to reach there but subsequently found that his future was doomed there, has since got reprieve.

Upon reaching Kuwait with big dreams in his eyes, Nelson was made to work like a slave and his passport was taken away by his employer. He was not allowed to go back when his father fell ill.

He has since got back the passport that his employer had kept with himself. He will be flying back to his home in a couple of days.

Good Samaritans of Indian origin settled in Kuwait had wholeheartedly tried to see that the youngsters who became directionless on account of various problems at Kuwait are looked after, and their return journey is arranged.

The passport was handed over to Nelson by James Paul Karkala, Manjeshwar Mohandas Kamath, Robert D'Souza and Raj Bhandary.

Don't be so indifferent. For your info Mr. Mohandas Kamath is a close friend of BJP MLA Vedavyas Kamath (a part of NAMO wave). So be thankful to all those who have helped Nelson irrespective of political affiliations.
