Actor Ajaz Khan sent to 14-days judicial custody for posting 'objectionable' videos on TikTok

Daijiworld Media Network - Mumbai (SR)

Mumbai, Jul 20: Actor Ajaz Khan has been sent to 14-days judicial custody by a Mumbai court on Saturday. He was arrested by the cybercrime branch for allegedly posting 'objectionable' videos on TikTok.

News agency ANI tweeted "Actor Ajaz Khan sent to judicial custody for 14 days. A case was registered against him for creating/uploading videos with objectionable content promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, & creating hatred among public at large.”

The police had received a complaint against him along with few videos which have gone viral on social media, said a press release. The case against the actor was registered under Indian Penal Code's Section 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race etc.) and Section 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) along with Section 67 of the IT Act (publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form).

Not new to controversies, the 39-year-old actor was also arrested last year by Anti-Narcotics Cell of the Mumbai police with eight ecstasy tablets. The actor has done small roles in Bollywood movies like, 'Allah Ke Banday', 'Singham Returns', 'Rakhta Charitra' and 'Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap'.

People like ajaz khan are arrested for speaking against inhuman behaviour or indian terror group VHP/Rss.
Terrorists like yogi and sadwi become ministers.
That is why my country will always remain in a sorry state

This is the country where criminals are getting elected, becoming lawmakers and running the country as per their nature. Apx. 235 candidates majority of them from Bjp had with criminal background got mandate in 2019 and obviously we are to be blamed.

He thinks very highly about himself.
Over acting or carrying an artificial pride as if a big hero of Bollywood.
His actions speak louder than his efficiency.

In india mob lynching is not a crime but speaking against it IS.
In india criminals become ministers but minorities are raped murdered and killed for being truthful to their religion.

People in india are living in a sorry state.
