Mumbai, Nov 29: The fifth chariot festival of Dahisar Kashi math and Vitthal Rakhumai Mandir was held from November 21 to 26 amidst pomp and gaiety.

The six day long festival commenced with flag hoisting. Several religious rituals were held by expert priests on the lines of the holy books.

Nearly five thousand devotees took part in the Chariot festival and religious programme. Vitthal Rakhumai festival idols were decorated and carried in procession during the six days.

Kashi math seer Samyameendra Theerthaswamy took part in the rituals and procession.



Okuli was celebrated on Sunday November 26 at GSB garden, N L complex.
