Mangaluru, Nov 6: The sixth edition of Konkan Fiesta, a celebration of music, food and togetherness inspired by the vibrant Goan carnival, will be held at Soorya Woods, Maroli, on Saturday, November 7, from 5 pm onwards.

Presented by title sponsor Mukund Realty, the event is organised by Fishing Cactus and curated by Hera Pinto. What began in 2018 as an idea inspired by the Goan carnival has grown into one of Mangaluru's popular celebrations.

Nearly 4,500 people attended the previous edition, welcoming a visiting band from Goa. Organisers are expecting an even bigger gathering this year, with a lineup of musical performances and entertainment.

The major attraction of this year's fiesta will be GODGODO, which will make its Mangaluru debut. The band has recently gained considerable attention across social media. Alpha Rhythms, Oline Theodore and DJ Royan will also perform, while MC Ankita will host the evening and keep the audience entertained.

Food will be served by Josh Caterers, the official catering partner. Wines & Spiritz and Drunk in Love will also be part of the event.

Kumar Lighting & Sounds will handle the technical production, supported by partners and teams including Orbiss Display, Delite Events, Mahamaya, Rosalind Electricals, Event SFX and Milestone Events, among others, who are contributing to the arrangements.

The fiesta will be held at Soorya Woods, Maroli, Mangaluru, from 5 pm onwards on November 7. Parking facilities will be available at the venue, and visitors are advised to arrive early for convenient entry and parking.
