Mangaluru, Jul 14: In a major breakthrough, the Ullal police have successfully arrested a notorious rowdy-sheeter who had been evading arrest by wearing a burqa to disguise himself. The accused had multiple pending court warrants against him.
The arrested individual has been identified as Imran alias Surmo Imran, son of the late Hasanabba, a resident of Darga Road, Melangadi in Ullal.

According to police sources, Imran is involved in a total of 23 criminal cases registered across Mangaluru city and Udupi district.
