Udupi, Mar 29: The supply of auto LPG across Karnataka is stable, with no shortages reported, the food, civil supplies and consumer affairs department has confirmed.
“The state government is closely monitoring the LPG distribution system, with particular attention to auto LPG. Supply to all regions is running smoothly without any disruption,” the department said in an official statement.
At present, 72 auto LPG dispensing stations are operational across the state. Major public-sector oil companies are supplying auto LPG at Rs 77.74 per litre.

Last week, an average of 64.9 metric tonnes of auto LPG was distributed daily, up from 57.6 metric tonnes per day before recent disruptions, signalling a notable increase in supply.
The department highlighted that, alongside auto LPG, around four lakh domestic LPG cylinders and roughly 18,000 commercial cylinders are delivered daily across Karnataka.
The government emphasised that it is keeping a constant watch on the situation to ensure uninterrupted auto LPG availability in all regions.
