Hobart, Mar 1: Australia Women registered a commanding 185-run victory over India in the third ODI of the multi-format series at Bellerive Oval, sealing the ODI series 3-0 and taking a 6-2 lead in the overall series.
After losing the toss, Australia posted a massive 409/7 in their 50 overs. Captain Alyssa Healy starred with a brilliant 158 in her final ODI, while Beth Mooney remained unbeaten on 106. Georgia Voll contributed 62, helping Australia reach a mammoth total.
India struggled in their chase, losing opener Smriti Mandhana for a duck in the second over. Pratika Rawal (27) and Jemimah Rodrigues (42) added 52 runs for the second wicket before Australia’s bowlers struck back.

Captain Harmanpreet Kaur, Harleen Deol, Richa Ghosh, and Kashvee Gautam fell quickly, leaving India reeling at 137/7. A late resistance from Deepti Sharma (29) and Sneh Rana (44) delayed the collapse, but India were all out for 224 in 45.1 overs.
Australia’s Alana King led the bowling attack with figures of 4-33, while Georgia Wareham picked up the final wicket.
The win was marked by Healy’s and Mooney’s exceptional partnership at the top, with Healy reaching her century in 76 balls and Mooney in 82 balls. The dominant performance underscored Australia’s supremacy in the series and handed them a 3-0 ODI sweep over India.
