Kasargod: Madrasa teacher's murder - Two accused are RSS activists, say police

Daijiworld Media Network - Kasargod (SP)

Kasargod, Mar 26: The investigating team involved with the case of murder of Riyaz from Madikeri, working as a Madrasa teacher here, has found out that two of the three accused involved with this murder were Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh activists.

Both the first accused, Ajesh alias Appu (20) residing near the Bhajana Mandir at Kelugudde Ayyappa Nagar, and Akhilesh (25) residing at Kelugudde Gangai Road, serve RSS in the capacity of Mukhya Shikshaks, the team stated.

It is said that during their interrogation, the accused flayed the notion that they had connection with RSS. However, Ajesh told the police that he had become a member of BJP through missed call. The police personnel are now checking the messages received and sent through the cellphones of the accused to ascertain more details.

Riyaz

The investing officers have found that Ajesh had taken part in the protest rally taken out in the town relating to the murder of a BJP activist at Kannur a few months back. Ajesh was one among a group that pelted stones at shops, as per information received by the police. They have also found that Ajesh was the one who had at tacked a motor bike rider at Karandakkad and damaged his two-wheeler. He also had actively worked for BJP during the electioneering for the last assembly election, it is said.

However, district BJP president, K Srikant, is insistent that BJP and Sangh Parivar have nothing do with the accused named by the police.

RSS is a National patriotic organisation, So, here people should take cautious before relating this crime to RSS, If above accused involved in murder doesn't mean that RSS involvement , This murder should be considered purely as a personal . I already told in my previous comments that proper investigations should be made for this extreme step taken by these young youth. And of course there's no smoke without a fire

The said terrorist act at the Ajmer Sharif shrine was not committed by an Islamist group but by right-wing Hindutva terrorists, members of RSS.
After prolonged trials for many years, 26 witnesses turning hostile and acquittal of some high profile accused, finally three are convicted and two are given life sentences (the third one is already dead). What more, all three convicts had associations with one particular ideological fountainhead at the time of execution of the crime.
The above news appears to be the perfect recipe for "breaking news" kind of coverage with unending panel discussions, dissecting every aspect of the event, its chronology, stands of different political parties, and finally, demand for a ban on the group whose members were allegedly involved in the terrorist act.
Sample how different newspapers referred to convicts in the blast case whose quantum of punishment was announced on Wednesday.
News agency IANS wrote: "On March 8, the court convicted Bhavesh Patel, Devendra Gupta and Sunil Joshi (now dead); and acquitted Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Swami Aseemanand and six others in the case."
Note the strategic reference to the RSS after semicolon for Aseemanand, who was acquitted, but not for those three convicted.
The TOI referred to them simply as "convicts" while Hindustan Times (online and several editions) called them "Hindu right-wing activists". Although the text more or less was same, in the national edition, they strangely had put the headline in bold and colour: "Two Hindutva terrorists get lifer in Ajmer blast case" in the "nation" section.
The Delhi HC held that the Centre's decision to ban controversial preacher Zakir Naik's Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) was taken to safeguard national security as it dismissed its plea challenging the ban.
Now RSS involvement from MP espionage to saffron terror conviction is proved, why 'national security' is not threat for the court and can't considered for ban?

Now on.....!!!!!, there is more aspiration among people/citizens/hindustani's to become yogi's/baba's/sadhvi's/swamy's etc., than to become politicians as it may potentially consider getting tkt to contest election & went on to become occupying the highest constitutional position in the government.
