'Dhand' Tulu film creates history, to release in Israel on July 1

Jun 14: Sandhya Creations second venture 'Dhand' Tulu Film after overwhelming responses in Mangaluru, Mumbai, Nasik, Australia, UK, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Qatar is all set to release in Israel on 1st July, 2016. This will be the 'first ever South Indian Movie to get released in Israel' and will create a history by itself as being accredited elsewhere being the first ever Tulu film got released in Australia & UK.

Leonard Fernandes, 'Lennu' as he is fondly called all over Israel, has taken the bold lead to screen Dhand in Israel. To his records he has acted in very many stage shows in multi languages and has acted in more than 20 Tulu plays, acted in Kannada mythological serials, acted in educational street plays and also a writer publisher with more than 14 websites in English, Kannada & Konkani. He is the authorized media in charge of Indian chaplaincy of Holy Land and Coordinator of the Committee of Indian chaplaincy Holy Land Haifa. To his credit he has won many awards in acting and will very soon be seen in coastal wood Cinema.

Dhand Tulu Movie is being carefully, beautifully and digitally created without compromising on the quality, line and length with a mass social message to women folk. The movie made good news as it was appreciated by all those who have watched wherever released. Special shows were shown to the school and college students back in Mangaluru as an awareness against drugs for the students who are being trapped in this bug. Story, script and directed by Nirel fame Ranjith Bajpe it has soulful background Music and Songs composed by Music Director Abhishek S.N. with Lyrics by Loku Kudla, Rajneesh Amin & U.Y. Ravichandran Sonandoor. Dhand has 5 differently composed songs out of which 'Nina Thelikenu Kannu Muchidu' song sung by Sonu Nigam is romantically melodious. Other songs sung by Anup Shanker, Pushpanjali Suchi, Akanksha Badami and Music director Abhishek S.N. himself are soulful. The Audio Release function was concluded in one of the Special Needs School in Mangalore last year and the proceedings of the Audi CD’s sold were instantly donated to the school as charity.

Arjun Kapikad, Sandeep Shetty, Anoop Sagar along with Deepak Paladka, Shilpa Suvarna, Nidhi Maroli & Anvitha Sagar are in the lead roles supported by Gopinath Bhat, Umesh Mijar, Ranjan Boloor, Sudhakar Kudroli and Producer Shodhan Prasad himself in a different role. Dhand received an award for the best supporting actor category enacted by Gopinath Bhat, during the recent Tulu Film Award 2016.

Sandhya Creations first movie Nirel released last year received 5 awards during the Awards Function at Mangaluru and enjoys the credit of being the first International Tulu Movie ever produced. This movie was shot in Dubai/Karnataka and had provided opportunity for very many budding artistes of Dubai to get into movie platform. Some of them have already excelled in their film career with very many movie offers they grabbed in the course of time. The DVD's of Nirel is already released and available in Mangalore and elsewhere.
