Udupi, Sep 2: Bhima Jewellers celebrated its 14th anniversary here at its showroom at Udupi on Friday September 2.
On the auspicious occasion, Bhima Jewellers felicitated three social workers Tharanath Mestha, Nagaraj Puthran and Ishwar Puthran for their dedicated social service. Meanwhile, Nithyananda Olakadu was present as chief guest.
After receiving the honour from the organizers, Tharanath Mestha said, “Bhima Jewellers donated an ambulance last year, which has helped a lot in saving many lives. We will keep doing such social service in future too.”
Ishwar Puthran said, “I am very happy to receive this honour. I am thankful to all.”
Social worker Nityananda Olakadu said, “Good customer service is important for a showroom.” Remembering the ambulance donation, he said, “It helps the poor in case of emergency. I am always ready to serve people.”
Guruprasad Rao, sales operation, Karthik Rao, cluster head, Ashwajith Rao, showroom manager, Prasanna Rao, associate manager, and Ashish, associate manager were present.
G Raghavendra Karkala, deputy manager said, “Bhima Jewellers is celebrating its 14th anniversary. There are many new projects to come and I wish them to get completed soon. New showrooms will come up in Belgavi, Hubballi, Puna, Hosoor and Rajahmundry. As many as 6000 employees work in Bhima showrooms. Customer service is very important. Hence, we are providing a very customer-friendly environment at our showrooms.”
