Such a tragedy. Such is the culture of our people, it seems. How can reckless driving be the order of the day ? Why should commercial vehicles be allowed to travel at more than 30 kmph? Why is there no fixing of speed governors for these vehicles ? What is the RTO doing ? This is criminal neglect by law makers and law keepers. Who is accountable for this loss of life ?

Very sad news. I request our traffic department Police to check the driver's license regularly. I heard that now a days youngsters are operating JCB, TIPPER, CONCRETE MIXTURE TRUCKS, by part time drivers who have come from north Karnataka. It's better to check the license.
