Karnataka reports 399 fresh corona cases, 6 deaths reported in a single day

Bengaluru, Dec 8: Karnataka on Wednesday, December 8, registered 399 new coronavirus cases.

As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 7,255. Bengaluru Urban's single-day tally stood at 244.

As many as 6 deaths due to coronavirus were reported in the state on Wednesday, the death toll in the state has risen to 38,249.

The state recorded 238 discharges from hospitals on Wednesday, taking the total discharges to 29,53,565.

So far, Karnataka has seen 29,99,098 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020.

The positivity rate for the day stands at 0.34% while the case fatality rate for the day is 1.5 %.

As many as 7,88,64,510 people have received vaccination so far.

    One spike in day ..6 deaths ..looks like even.todsy 4 suicide death also added.sorry to say . I request authorities to have a look in city bus Now now are going to.incresse nearing Christmas.
