Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (ANK)

Mangaluru, Nov 9: City police on Tuesday November 9, issued a lookout notice against lawyer K S N Rajesh, the accused in sexual harassment case of a law intern.

It is almost a month and the police have been unable to trace Rajesh. Two law interns had filed complaints at the women police station against Rajesh over sexual harassment and threat.

Hence, a lookout notice has now been issued in 6 languages. The notice will be issued at every police station, bus stand, airport and railway station which will help in locating the absconding accused. As many as 12 bank accounts belonging to Rajesh have been seized.

Nothing is going to happen. After all, he was part of a high-profile team that helped a noted Godman & most-controversial pontiff of a mutt escape from the clutches of law, despite multiple allegations of rape. Now the same lawyer is being protected out-of-gratitude in a similar case!

As a disciple, he has naturally sought refuge from a powerful Muth head and most-influential seer involved in multiple cases yet always wriggles-out despite DNA evidence, etc Once the public forgets this case and the helpless interns, the so-called 'absconding' senior-advocate will get bail & go scot-free!

Some things to ponder: 1. He might be in Andhra, TN or abroad. Did he amass that much wealth that he could remain untraced and probably show up in London like Mallya? 2. All of the bank accounts are siezed. Assumption here is that all his transactions were only done through banks. I am sure if police requests some of his clients to come forward, they will give account of how much cash they have paid him over the years. If so, siezure of bank account is probably useless. I guess the evidence against him is compelling and he probably knows it too well. Not sure if he can continue to do so forever.

Relationship between lawyers and Clients....Doctors and patients is called 'Fiduciary Relationship'....Police / Law enforcement agencies cannot question about this as per law ..... Rajesh is a Lawyer...allegations are 'Sexual Harassment' ....why don't he takes Jossey Sir's or Bobbit Charlies advise and surrender before a Judge and make himself available for 'Police Questioning' is beyond my comprehension... ...Tak...Takk...

Now others, those working in his office, other interns will be put to untold hardships. Give statements, witness, police questioning etc. What nonsense?? Now, what can be achieved by absconding?? All respect gone.. Now repent and face. Legal victory, bail etc may not be much. Much harm has already been done.
