Udupi, Aug 28: The district Youth Congress staged protests near Indrali railway station here opposing the decision of the union government to sell government properties.

There is a conspiracy to make government employees slaves of private owners through selling government properties to private parties. The reservation laid down in the constitution is being removed by it. The airport of Mangaluru is one of the main contributions by the Congress party to the undivided Dakshina Kannada district. You have sold it. Is Nalin Kumar Kateel not drinking your blood now?” he asked.
