Mangaluru, Jun 26: The department of Yoga and Naturopathy of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College in association with the NSS unit observed International Yoga day on June 21.

The theme selected was 'Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family'.

Dr Havyshree, in-charge of, Yoga & Naturopathy department, conducted a live yoga session on the Zoom platform at 8.00 am. She guided the participants on performing the various asanas for 45 minutes.

The administrator Fr Roshan Crasta, principal Dr Shivaprasad K, vice-principal, Dr E S J Prabhu Kiran, other faculty members of the college and the Father Muller Charitable Institutions along with their respective family members were actively involved in this yoga session. A similar session was conducted the next day for the students of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College. The NSS volunteers along with the students of FMHMC participated in this meaningful event. Dr Sebastian P A, the NSS coordinator, organized the programme.
