Karkala: NMAMIT gets 133rd rank in NIRF 2020

Karkala, Jun 15: NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte has been ranked 133rd in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2020 rankings announced the Ministry for Human Resources Development (MHRD), Government of India.

This is the third year in succession that the institute has been ranked among the top 200 Engineering institutes of the 1200+ institutes which have participated in the country. This year, NMAMIT is also successful in acquiring a place in the 151-200 rank band in the category of overall ranking.

The NIRF rankings consider performance in the areas of teaching-learning, research productivity, graduate outcomes, outreach, inclusivity and peer perception. The ranking was launched by the MHRD to promote quality in education, to encourage competition between higher education institutes and to set new benchmarks of performance.
