Indian Challenge in French Super Series Over


New Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) India's Saina Nehwal and mixed doubles pair Jwala Gutta and V. Diju lost in the quarterfinals of the French Super Series badminton.

With their losses, the Indian challenge in the tournament is over.

Eighth-seeded Saina went down 21-15, 11-21, 15-21 to top seed Lin Wang of China in 49 minutes in Paris, Friday.

Sixth-seeded Jwala and Diju lost 21-6, 20-22, 10-21 to second-seeded Indonesian pair of Nova Widianto and Liliyana Natsir in 42 minutes.
