Governor Signs National Integration Pledge

Mumbai, Aug 29: The Governor of Maharashtra SC Jamir today signed a banner endorsing his support for harmony and national integration and against terrorism at Raj Bhavan, Mumbai.

The Citizens' Council for a Better Tomorrow (CCBT) headed by former Sheriff of Mumbai F. T. Khorakiwala has started the signature campaign to involve citizens in the fight against terrorism. The singing by the Governor has marked the beginning of the campaign.

The Citizens' Council for a Better Tomorrow is preparing a 5 km long banner having signatures of eminent academicians and celebrities from sports, corporate, bollywood, etc. The banner will then be put up at important railways stations in Mumbai to get the signatures of the general public.
