Bengaluru, Nov 14 (Asianet) : A controversial Hindu swami has come out in support of porn hit Karnataka minister.

Supporting the minister, the seer said 'no man is free from lust, anger, greed and hatred.'

Pranavananda Swamiji, the controversial swamy, who courted controversy after he decided to marry a woman from Kerala as he wasn’t allowed to marry in Karnataka, has come out in support of porn-hit Karnataka education.

Education minister Tanveer Sait was caught on cam watching porn during Tipu Jayanthi celebration earlier week in Raichur.

The swamiji has asked what is wrong in watching the image? Seer Pranavananda of Kalaburagi recently entered the wedlock with Kerala based girl Meera in the presence of VHP leaders and Pramod Mutalik.

Supporting the minister, the seer told the press in Ranebennuru that whatever the minister did might not be intentional.

“You hear the beep sound when you receive a Whatsapp message. If he was so obsessed he would have watched such photos in relax inside his private room. As soon as he opened the message box the video journalists have got the snap that was displayed on his mobile just for a few seconds”.

Besides he also added that no man is free from lust, anger, greed and hatred.

Pranavananda Swamiji is quite notorious for his hindu fanatic stands. Now it is a surprise that such a seer is supporting Tanveer Sait.

    Pranavananda Swami should back BJP government for which lifts ban on internet pornography after criticism.
    It started as a quiet, almost innocuous government order, which was also surprisingly precise.
    India's telecoms ministry ordered internet service providers to block access to 857 websites hosting pornographic content.
    But not even the government could have predicted the scale and level of outrage that the order unleashed as Indians heaped criticism and scorn on the move.
    A week later, it's seemingly scaled down the directive. A new order, as vague as the earlier one was precise, now asks the service providers to block access only to those sites which have child pornographic content. It's led to more confusion, criticism and yes, more ridicule.
    For many the ban is futile. Indians are believed to be among the largest consumers of internet pornography - number four in a list of countries published by Pornhub, the world's largest pornographic video-sharing website, after the United States, Britain and Canada.
    In the land of 'Kamasutra' when Europe is yet to discover the greatest of sex in India it is proudly carved on the wall.

    The legacy is continued even in the assembly session by BJP MLA's from Karnataka to Gujarat. Now Tanvir sait carried forward and BJP cries foul.

    I just checked the video footage on TV.
    It seems the Minister was not opening a whats app message. It looks like he googled some websites, clicked on one and was scrolling down the images on the website.
    I can not verify the hand holding the mobile belongs to the Minister!

    I second his view. Minister was in a public place attending a public function. But mobile phone is a personal property. Someone might have sent the message and as everyone does, he might have opened it casually. What's wrong in it? As message was being buffered, this 'notorious cameraman' has peeped in. If what the minister did is really wrong and illegal, why not someone, inlcuding TV 9 channel which reported it, file a case against the minister? No! They won't because they know that there was nothing illegal in what minister did.

    Then cometh the question of morality! But then morality is an individual choice and what is moral for someone may not be moral to others. But what the cameraman did is illegal. Mobile phone whether used in private or public, is a personal property, and no one has the right to check, peep through it without the prior permission of the owner. Why the cameraman should zoom his lenses on minister's mobile at all? What if the minister was checking some confidential official document sent to him through official sources? Whether it is minister, common man or even a criminal. Their individual dignity and right mustn’t be trespassed under 'moral' claims. I am sure, if the minister sues TV 9 channel for zooming on his mobile phone without his permission, the TV channel and the cameraman will be in soup. Our problem is that we all are too much interested in the personal issues of others.

    As Swamiji said, who does not receive these kinds of messages these days through Whatsapp or other means? So even if someone opens this message, even to , in public, is it illegal? Come on! What an absurd view!
