Mangaluru, Oct 17: Srinivas University, has awarded a PhD degree to Prof Shilpa K, head of the department of BBA at the Srinivas Institute of Management and Commerce, for her doctoral thesis titled ‘Customer satisfaction towards online banking services of commercial banks'.
She conducted her doctoral research under the guidance of research professor Dr C K Hebbar.
Dr Shilpa K is the daughter of Suresh K and Vijaya R K, residents of Kudroli.
