Mangalore, June.6: A person was killed after being knocked down by a bulldozer in NMPT yard near Panambur here on Wednesday June 6 morning.
The deceased has been identified as Ajay, a native of Chitradurga. He was working as supervisor in NMPT. On Wednesday morning he was busy signalling when the bulldozer ran over him. As a result Ajay sustained serious injuries in his head and died on the spot. It is said that the mishap was purely owing to negligence shown by bulldozer driver.
One Jayanna has filed a case with the Panambur police in this regard.
