Udupi, May 28: It was a memorable evening for more than 1,500 people who had gathered at Sastan here to witness an electrifying musical evening by young Kevin Misquith of 'Rupnnem and Tuji Yaad fame on Sunday May 27.

The show began with foot-tapping number Rupnnem by Kevin Misquith followed by dance performance by Naach Sobhann, Yo Moga, Mog Koruyam by Prakash, Kombyan Gala Saad by Rony Crasta and Meera Crasta, Sobith Choli by Rony, Kaliz Bullam by Kevin and Zeena, Havn Zatam guitar by Rony and Zeena and Maza Bogtha by Prakash and Zeena.

Sentimental songs like Hashan Tuja, Mog Kortham by Oliver Rebello had the audience in a trance. Paizanamcho Naad by Rony and Zeena and Anthrolar, a group song were also part of the show.

Bindas Pernal troupe presented entertaining skit while Naach Sobhann led by Avil D’Cruz performed scintillating dance.

Arun Danti compered the programme and entertained the crowd with some interactive games.

A non-stop baila medley performed by the group had the crowd shaking their legs for 30 minutes. Roshan D’Souza was the music director.

Parish priest of Sastan Fr Vincent Martis, Fr Anthony Lobo, the dean of Kundapur deanery and ICYM Udupi president Maxim D’Sa and others were present.

Fr Vincent Martis felicitated Fr Anthony Lobo for winning the Mother Teresa Excellency Award. He also felicitated Kevin Misquith.
