KKR opt to bowl against CSK

Kolkata, April 30 (IANS): Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) captain Gautam Gambhir won the toss and chose to bowl against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their Indian Premier League (IPL) match at the Eden Gardens here on Thursday.

While KKR fielded an unchanged side, CSK brought in Pawan Negi -- in place of the injured Ravichandran Ashwin -- and Ronit More -- dropping Ishwar Pandey.

The teams:

Kolkata Knight Riders: Gautam Gambhir (captain), Robin Uthappa (wicketkeeper), Manish Pandey, Suryakumar Yadav, Ryan ten Doeschate, Yusuf Pathan, Andre Russell, Piyush Chawla, Pat Cummins, Brad Hogg, Umesh Yadav.

Chennai Super Kings: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (wicketkeeper/captain), Brendon McCullum, Dwayne Smith, Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis, Ravindra Jadeja, Dwayne Bravo, Pawan Negi, Mohit Sharma, Ashish Nehra, Ronit More.
