Mumbai, Mar 18: Anushka Sharma's acclaimed performance in NH10 seems to be steadily going from strength to strength with regards to its earnings despite 10 cuts from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

The censor board doled out ten cuts/changes in the movie owing to the swear words used in the movie, but Anushka had also always maintained that neither the story nor the film in itself had suffered due to these edits. On the matter Anushka is reported to have commented, "We don't want to compromise with our film. We have got an 'A' certificate, one visual cut and few audio cuts, which we have accepted."

Having released on the 13th of March, Friday last, the movie has Rs 17.30 crores till date. Film critic and Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted on its steady progress that, “#NH10 Fri 3.35 cr, Sat 4.50 cr, Sun 5.45 cr, Mon 2.08 cr, Tue 1.92 cr. Total – 17.30 cr. India biz. Steady.”

Telling the gripping tale of a couple's road trip that runs into deathly terror, the movie was majorly in the news for the awe-inspiring performance rendered flawlessly by Anushka. By the numbers that its raking in, audiences too seem to have liked Anushka and Neil Bhoopalam's acting in the movie too.
