Green joins San Antonio Spurs

Washington, Aug 7 (IANS): Forward JaMychal Green has joined NBA team San Antonio Spurs.

Green, who signed the contract Wednesday, averaged 7.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 16.2 minutes in six games for the Spurs' Summer League team, reports Xinhua.

As an NBA Development League hoopster, Green averaged 12.3 points and 8.1 rebounds for the Austin Toros last season.
