Miami Heat most likely to win NBA title: Survey


Washington, Oct 23 (IANS): NBA official website NBA.com released a survey taking into account the vote of 30 general managers, which showed the Miami Heat was most likely to win the title in the new season.

The Miami Heat got 75.9 percent of the votes on "Which team will win the 2014 NBA Finals?" Indiana Pacers and San Antonio Spurs got 6.9 percent. Chicago Bulls, L.A. Clippers and Oklahoma City Thunder also got a few votes, reports Xinhua.

LeBron James got 69 percent of votes on MVP prediction.

Chris Paul, James Harden, LeBron James, Tim Duncan and Dwight Howard were voted as the best players in the five different positions on the basketball court. Kobe Bryant, for the first time in twelve years, was not voted the best shooting guard.

Additionally, 75.9 percent of GMs thought Gregg Popovich as the best coach in the league.
