Udupi: Mar 5: The Udupi regional convention of the Catholic Sabha Mangalore diocese was held on Sunday, March 05, 2006 at Manasa Residential Center, Pamboor.

Fr Valerian Pinto who inaugurated the event said that the Catholic Sabha has spread far and wide and needs to grow further.

Valerian R Fernandes presided over the programme and Joachim Pinto was the chief guest. In his address Joachim called the catholic community to respect every one.
