Mumbai, Oct 16: Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has been the talk of the town this festive season, made a rare public appearance at producer Ramesh Taurani’s Diwali party on Wednesday night. Known for his elusive nature at celebrity gatherings, the actor was finally caught on camera — much to the delight of fans.

A photo from the star-studded bash, shared by a popular Shah Rukh Khan fan page on X (formerly Twitter), shows the actor in a sleek black shirt, sporting brown-blonde hair, posing beside Sunita Ahuja, wife of veteran actor Govinda. While Sunita flashed a radiant smile in a golden-ivory suit, Shah Rukh maintained his signature charming yet composed expression. She attended the event with her son, Yashvardhan Ahuja.

The glittering celebration saw several Bollywood stars in attendance, including Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal, Mouni Roy, Pooja Hegde, Mrunal Thakur, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Hrithik Roshan, and Saba Azad.

Just days earlier, designer Manish Malhotra had hosted his annual Diwali bash, attended by prominent names such as Nita Ambani and Radhika Merchant, marking the start of Bollywood’s festive celebrations.

What’s Next for King Khan

Shah Rukh Khan, who recently bagged his first National Award for his stellar performance in Jawan, continues to reign supreme in the industry. The actor, who also hosted the Filmfare Awards in Ahmedabad earlier this year, will next be seen in ‘King’, alongside his daughter Suhana Khan, with Deepika Padukone and Rani Mukerji also part of the cast. The film is directed by Siddharth Anand.

Meanwhile, Sunita and Govinda, who tied the knot in 1987, have recently been in the news following rumours of separation. Sunita, however, has put all speculations to rest, affirming that “all is well” between the couple.
