Very sad and horrible incident. I just don't feel why hotel owners are so much after money. When the employee is a habitual drunkard addicted to drinking at workplace he should have been calmly paid his dues and discharged from duties. Yes what's the greed to become rich and make wealth in such risky business which involves keeping so many workers and serve alcohol & food to customers at the cost of owners life. Some of the customers that visit bars are also not gentlemen, and in our country people are jealous on our own citizens who prosper. Even neighbours and relatives. Nobody is trustworthy around. But do good, get good and carry on.

Either the guy was so drunk that he resorted to such brutal violence, or the two had been having altercations for sometime and anger was piling up that led to the murder.
