Karkala, Aug 26: A native of Mangaluru who had been engaged in financial business for the past few years at Balaji Arcade in Karkala town, was brutally murdered by miscreants at Kuntalpady late Monday night.
The deceased is identified as Naveen.
The incident came to light early Tuesday morning when locals informed the police.
Karkala town police, along with senior officials, visited the spot and intensified the investigation.
A case has been registered at the Karkala town police station.
