Brahmavar: Truck collides with private school van near Dharmavaram, students sustain minor injuries

Brahmavar, Jun 18: A collision between a truck and a private school van occurred near Dharmavaram at around 9:30 am on June 18.

The incident took place while the school van was attempting to take a U-turn. Both vehicles were reportedly travelling in the same direction, from Kundapura towards Brahmavar, when the mishap occurred.

Students were onboard the van at the time of the collision. Fortunately, they sustained only minor injuries and were promptly attended to.

A case has been registered at the Brahmavar police station.

    school bus drivers should be above 50 years of age..if you keep young drivers their josh will be more and responsibility of children will be thrown to the winds...
