Mangaluru, May 26: The Cater's Act 2024, annual food festival and cultural events were hosted by Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management, Mangaluru. 

Moti Mahal College of Hotel Management was established in 1992 by Dr A J Shetty under the Laxmi Memorial Education Trust. Situated in Mangaluru, Karnataka, it is one of the premier hospitality institutes in South India, offering quality hospitality education at the undergraduate level. Our college is affiliated with Mangalore University, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, recognized by the Government of Karnataka, and accredited by NAAC.

 


Today’s event marks the beginning of a culinary journey that celebrates the rich diversity of global gastronomy. The Cater's Act Food Festival is not just a showcase of culinary delights but also a celebration of culture, tradition, and innovation in the culinary arts. Our students and faculty have worked tirelessly to create an experience that reflects the artistry and passion inherent in the culinary world.

3. Guest of Honor: We are honored to have Chef Nihil Kumar, Executive Chef of Vivanta, Mangalore, as our esteemed Chief Guest. With over 19 years of culinary expertise and leadership in acclaimed hotel brands, Chef Kumar brings a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to our event.

4. Interactive Sessions: Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with our chefs, learn about the stories behind each dish, exchange recipes, and explore new culinary techniques.
