Mangaluru, Apr 10: Grandmother of Bryan Mascarenhas, Lilly Mascarenhas inaugurated the second outlet of Bryan’s Cake House here at Mindspace, Yeyyadi on Wednesday April 10.
Parish priest Permanur church Fr Cyprian Pinto and parish priest Derebail church Fr Joseph Martis blessed the newly opened outlet.
Parents of baker Bryan Mascarenhas, Dennis and Gracy Mascarenhas were also present.
Bryan’s Cake House was first started in the year 2016 at Bryan’s residence. It was in 2021 when its first outlet was inaugurated at Vamanjoor.
Bryan’s Cake House offers varieties of cakes such as flavoured cakes, chocolate cakes, exotic cakes, cheese cakes, fruit cakes and premium cakes.

About the baker, Bryan Mascarenhas
Bryan Mascarenhas, the creative force behind Bryan’s Cake House was just 21 when he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in 2016 with a passion for baking that would soon become his life's work. After graduating from the prestigious Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangaluru in 2017, Bryan honed his skills with an internship at the renowned Hyatt Regency in Dubai, UAE.
Determined to master his craft, Bryan furthered his education with a Certificate course in baking and patisserie from Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts, Bengaluru.
With no initial investment but armed with talent and dedication, Bryan launched his bakery brand, and thanks to glowing recommendations from satisfied customers, his business quickly gained momentum. Today, people of all ages flock to Bryan’s Cake House to savour his delicious cakes and pastries.
